Good morning,

Good morning Jennilyn Mann and others.

No Jennilyn the global clergy abuse crisis has not gone away yet.
However we did just want to checkup on you to see if you are one of those people beavering away making sure our democracy and justice is going just right. At least Jennilyn many more children both today and tomorrow will not be exposed to the danger and the experience of sexual abuse by clergy. It is pleasing to note that the effect of the recent disclosures and the years to come of further disclosures is something to look forward to in that for each one of those children will be collectively safer and that according to many with whom I speak that is one of the best things that could have happened in our society and they say they now have more incentive than ever to bring the truth to the surface and has invigorated many towards bringing downs those who have ridden on the backs of the abused or remained silent in the face of the evidence. A sense of equality and justice I feel sure you must agree with.

If you are not current on all aspects of the global clergy abuse crisis and the ill effects it has brought onto society across the planet then perhaps you could find the time to learn a little more.

Mr John Brown of Toowoomba is very well informed of who you are and Mr Emerson and other PLAYERS in Canberra. How can that be so you ask? Probably because I and others get a blow by blow account of what members and their staff are doing with respect to child abuse and clergy abuse matters. So before you take the high ground make sure the person you are accusing of such cannot call the mobile phone next to you in federal parliament and verify such actions.

I applaud your efforts to date but the floodgates of abuse have been well and truly opened now and there is silence from Canberra. John merely asked you for an answer he did not impute any wrong doing on you  of the Hon Craig Emerson. Bad day huh? Well welcome to the survivor's of child abuse litany of everyday life. We have bad days everyday of our lives...some days are better than others but it is only when self righteous ingrates like you take the glory for past deeds and rub them in the face of a real life survivor that we respond in this way. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.... GO BURY YOUR HEAD IN WHATEVER COMMITTEE YOU ARE CURRENTLY INVOLVED IN BEFORE YOU DO SOME REAL DAMAGE TO THE MEMBER YOU SERVE.

Nora,

Since well prior to 2002 not only has Senator Emmerson, Jennlyn Mann  and many other parliamentarians have been provided with an effective avalanche of evidential material and pleas from tens of thousands of constituents, parents and concerned citizens in regards the sexual abuses carried out against women and children by the Catholic and other churches.

It seems Ms Mann chooses to not engage in the area of clerical abuse(save perhaps for abuses in the church of Scientology, non-Christian and non-Catholic religions).

How very righteous and upright an action by Ms Mann to point out to you that an email can be partially read without being opened, how very important it is for her to be able to point out a seeming inaccuracy or an assumption on the operations of some email clients and email systems when in fact the issue was in regards the sexual and other  exploitations of tens of thousands and perhaps millions of women,children and the vulnerable.

Nora, this is really no different than the Nuremberg defense where Ms Mann climbs up on her high horse of indignation and points out a grain of sand on the face of a destructive glacier and proclaims "There is the problem" - satisfied with her find she can now go on to boost her own self image by pointing out to others that the individual who inadvertently came into contact with the grain of sand is in error and subsequently is the cause of the problem due to some irrelevant and distant event which then becomes a platform for her to proclaim further that all and sundry should look at all the good work she and they are doing. Her ability to compartmentalize, hypocritize, minimize,obfuscate and the 'shoot the messenger' is legendary along with a consistent and unbending refusal to broach the reality of the global  abuses carried out by clergy and other religious.

On the point of Bravehearts. Perhaps Ms Mann can point to more than one instance where Bravehearts had spoken in regards the abuse of women and children by clergy.

While politicians and their minions continue in this manner they are only building a monument of failure towards victims as they are willing climb upon a mountain of suicided victims bodies to proclaim their righteous actions of protecting the very people whose bodies they stand upon.

However,Suzanne Chambers bothered to make a personal reply on behalf of her MP Julie Bishop. I thank you for that Suzanne.

 

Tony Abbott also acknowledged the email and with a personal reply even if I wouldn't agree with the contents therein.

 

A lot more needs to be done in this region and the sooner you all deal with this thorny issue the better for Australia.

Myth #2 - Most sexual abuse of boys is perpetrated by homosexual males.

Pedophiles who molest boys are not expressing a homosexual orientation any more than pedophiles who molest girls are practicing heterosexual behaviors. While many child molesters have gender and/or age preferences, of those who seek out boys, the vast majority are not homosexual. They are pedophiles.
